In accordance with the provisions of the article 24, paragraph 2; and the article 11, paragraph 2, of the Regulation on procurement procedures of goods, works and services of the lesser value (Official Gazette 14/02) procuring entities which are obliged to adhere to the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 117/01 and 92/05) must submit an annual report on procurement contracts concluded in the previous year to the Public Procurement Office.

By the end of March 2007 approximately 2500 entities complied with this obligation while by May 11 2007 there was a total of 3651 registrations. 

 Statistical reports may be also viewed on the web site of the PPO, according to the title of entities, tax number and year of reporting.
